The 9012-24M 90 Ton ironworker can punch a 1-1/8″ hole in 1″ thick, 65,000 tensile mild steel.
The 9012-24M ironworker features a flat bar shear that is 24″ wide with bar shear blades that can be rotated four times for maximum blade life. The angle shear, like all Scotchman angle shears, is designed to give a distortion free cut. The 9012-24M hydraulic ironworker has the same large tool table design as the 6509 model, allowing for quick and easy change of optional tooling giving you the ability to customize this machine to fit your needs! This machine has the capability to accept additional equipment such as press brakes, rod shear, tube shear, picket tool, as well as custom-built tooling.
This American-made ironworker is built tough and utilizes a hydraulic system with electric valve & remote foot pedal for ease of use, an adjustable electric stroke control with scale, and is backed by Scotchman’s industry leading 3-Year Warranty and lifetime customer support.
